Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Developer / Integration Engineer

Experience: 6–10+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, and ELK.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
• Implement workflow automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Business Rules.
• Manage data mapping, CMDB, dashboards, reporting, and integration troubleshooting.
• Follow ITIL processes, governance, compliance, testing, and development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including GlideScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, automation, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CI/CD, version control, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, or ITIL certifications.
