Full Time Recruitment Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in YYZ Bina Resources Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our construction subsidiaries is looking for the followings position to be filled as soon as possible in support for the mobilization of immediate projects for INTERIOR FIT OUT projects in KLCC & TRX. Interested candidate are to write in their experience, expected salary and notice period for immediate interview arrangements.

The Roles

The Recruitment Executive close up the gap between company hiring needs and top talent in pipeline. The incumbent will collaborate with department managers, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring and on boarding process accordingly.

Job Summary

• Hiring Needs: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, and team expectations for recruitments.
• Job Postings: Draft clear job descriptions, get budget approvals and post opening vacancies, social media sourcing, and professional bodies sourcing.
• Candidate Sourcing: Archieve and search databases and use headhunting services or networking strategies to attract passive and active talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and perform initial face-to-face or virtual interviews. Assess and evaluate candidate competency and culture fit.
• Offer Management: Coordinate second interview, gather feedback, negotiate salary packages, and extend formal job offers.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate transitions for new hires by coordinating OTJ and orientation.
• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data and reports using Apps

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
