Full Time Senior AI Engineer Jobs, in Dexian Asia Pacific - Maukerja

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy AI solutions on an AWS serverless platform supporting insurance operations. You’ll lead projects from design through production, covering generative AI, custom machine learning, platform engineering, and responsible AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and technical decisions for AI services.
• Build and deploy GenAI solutions for document extraction, classification, RAG, and chatbots.
• Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor custom ML models, including fraud detection and computer vision.
• Develop serverless pipelines and platform components using AWS and Terraform.
• Build CI/CD and MLOps workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate AI services with business applications and insurance workflows.
• Set engineering standards through design and code reviews, and mentor other engineers.
• Support AI governance, model documentation, human review, privacy controls, and performance monitoring.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, structured extraction, RAG, embeddings, and Amazon Bedrock or hosted models.
• Experience taking custom ML models from data preparation through deployment and monitoring.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SageMaker, Bedrock, Textract, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, VPC, and IAM.
• Terraform and MLOps experience, including CI/CD, model registration, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Docker and GitHub Actions experience, including secure AWS OIDC integration.
• Proven ability to own architecture, lead reviews, and mentor engineers.

Nice to have: OCR/document intelligence, computer vision, pgvector, Redshift, FastAPI, OpenAPI, testing and security tools, and Responsible AI experience.
