Job Description: SAP RTR Finance Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) Finance Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, financial accounting, reporting, and period-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Finance processes covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
• Support revenue and cost controlling, banking operations, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle financial consolidation, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.
• Develop and support Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) reporting and profitability analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, account reconciliation, and compliance with finance policies.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize SAP processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial accounting.
• Hands-on experience in revenue and cost controlling, banking, financial close, and consolidation.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, profitability analysis, and EDW reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP FI/CO and financial reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, system enhancements, or SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
