Diploma in Special Education / Earlychildhood or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working with children with special needs.

Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and developmental disorders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Familiarity with relevant educational technologies and resources.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Provide direct instruction and support to students based on their specific learning requirements.

Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for students.

Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and development.

Administer and interpret assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth.
