Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyse large volumes of social platform data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyse user behaviour, user engagement, user retention, interaction patterns, and platform usage metrics.
Develop and implement data mining models and analytical methodologies to support user segmentation, behavioural analysis, and platform optimisation.
Work with software development and product teams to identify data requirements and integrate analytical solutions into platform development workflows.
Conduct statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis to identify potential technical and operational issues.
Establish data processing procedures, data quality standards, and data governance practices to improve data reliability and consistency.
Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support product planning and management decisions.
Evaluate platform performance using relevant metrics and recommend improvements to user experience, system efficiency, and platform functionality.
Support the design and implementation of data analytics solutions, including data pipelines, data models, and reporting systems, where applicable.
Prepare technical documentation and communicate analytical
