Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

• Handle SAP PP/QM configuration, implementation, support, and enhancements.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Configure and maintain PP processes such as MRP, production orders, BOM, work centers, and routings.

• Configure and support QM processes such as quality planning, inspection lots, quality notifications, and results recording.

• Work closely with business users to identify and resolve functional issues.

• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

• Support integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.

• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.

• Good understanding of end-to-end production planning and quality management processes.

• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or production support projects.

• Good knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with business and technical teams.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
