Full Time Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor (E-commerce) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Nuuha Cosmeceutical Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment or e-commerce operations.

• At least 1–2 years of experience managing packers or warehouse crew.

• Experience managing inbound, inventory, picking, packing and outbound processes.

• Strong understanding of cycle counts, stock reconciliation, barcodes, FIFO/FEFO and batch/expiry control.

• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience using a WMS, OMS, inventory system or courier portal.

• Able to plan manpower according to order volume and courier cut-off times.

• Organised, firm and calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, as the position will be responsible for company inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the transition of stock and operations from the fulfilment centre to Nuuha Beauty’s warehouse.

• Establish opening stock balances, SKU master data, barcodes, bin locations and warehouse layout.

• Develop SOPs for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, quality control, dispatch and returns.

• Prepare staff rosters, daily work assignments and manpower plans for the packing team.

• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse team performance.

• Ensure all eligible orders received before the cut-off are handed over to the courier on the same day.

• Manage receiving, cycle counts, stock reconciliation and inventory discrepancy investigations.

• Control batch numbers, expiry dates, near-expiry stock, damaged stock and quarantine areas using FEFO.

• Prepare stock forecasts and reorder recommendations together with the Sales, Marketing and Purchasing teams.

• Plan warehouse capacity before payday campaigns, product launches and major sales events.

• Manage WMS/OMS processes, marketplace order exceptions, courier manifests and collection issues.

• Manage returns and RTOs, including decisions on restocking, quarantine and write-offs.

• Produce daily backlog reports and weekly inventory and operational performance reports.

• Assist with packing operations during exceptionally high-volume periods when necessary.
