Responsibilities
Operate and maintain espresso machines to prepare quality specialty coffee and tea beverages.
Welcome customers warmly and take accurate orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Craft espresso-based drinks consistently following quality standards.
Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately.
Prepare light food and salad bar items and restock supplies to maintain smooth operations.
Calibrate espresso extraction, steam milk, hand-whisk matcha, and manage inventory upkeep.
Manage customer pacing during high-volume periods and maintain a clean, organized storefront.
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (required for Prudential CBD Outlet position).
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess 1+ years of barista experience (highly preferred for Prudential CBD Outlet position).
Have prior F&B experience (advantageous but not required; training provided).
Other Information
Full-time positions include rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays or weekdays only depending on outlet.
Part-time role requires a minimum 18-hour weekly commitment with double pay on public holidays.
Benefits include medical coverage, structural bonuses, and free movie tickets for certain positions.
Locations vary: multiple outlets, Prudential CBD building, Central rotating outlets, and KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
