Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.
Manage and renew service contracts for profitability and client retention.
Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and competitive pricing.
Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships.
Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, or main contractors.
Attend site surveys and pre-tender briefings to provide technical and strategic input.
Guide and develop the service team to achieve sales and service goals.
Oversee daily ACMV service and maintenance operations to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
