Key Responsibilities
Promote and present the company's premium lighting and luxury home décor products to walk-in customers.
Understand customers' needs and provide suitable product information and recommendations.
Guide customers through the purchasing process and respond to product-related enquiries accurately and professionally.
Identify and develop potential business opportunities beyond walk-in customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and support sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with team members to provide consistent and efficient customer service.
Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Update product information, promotional content and other relevant materials across digital platforms as required.
Support general retail operations and perform other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
