Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting documents.
- Assist with bank and account reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing and records of accounting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Assist with audit and tax-related matters when required.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and relevant parties on accounting matters.
- Assist with document submission and delivery to relevant parties.
- Assist with company errands and general administrative matters when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.
- Experience with ACCPAC / Sage 300 is an advantage.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
