Full Time Business Development Executive – Waste Management Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Salary: Up to $4,500 basic + $1,100 transport allowance + mobile & petrol reimbursement
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients within the waste management industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and site assessments to understand customers’ waste management needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms and drive business opportunities through to closure.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and address customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and regular business development reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management is preferred.
• Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own a vehicle due to frequent client/site visits.
