We're Hiring: IBM BPM / Case Manager!

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM / Case Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of hands-on experience in Business Process Management and Case Management solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver robust business process solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and implement IBM BPM and Case Manager solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Ensure best practices in process modeling and automation
Prepare documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in IBM BPM / Case Manager implementation
Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
