We are seeking a Certification Manager to oversee our ISO management systems certification operations, maintain accreditation requirements and ensure effective delivery of certification services.

Job Description

• Manage certification activities, including audit planning, auditor allocation, technical reviews and certification decisions within assigned authority.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and relevant certification procedures.
• Monitor auditor competence, audit quality and timely completion of reports and certification processes.
• Performing 3rd party audits and training.
• Completing Audit Reports and audit-related documentation.
• Support the development of new certification schemes and transitions to revised standards.
• Coordinate audits and trainings.
• Other audit administration-related duties.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• ISO Lead Auditor qualification and experience in technical review or certification management are preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 37001.
• Relevant experience in management systems certification, preferably with a certification body.
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements and certification processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and team management skills.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant resident status.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
