Full Time Restaurant Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Frozen Artisans WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Bi-lingual with strong ability to communicate well in English

Sound understanding of tea-room operations and inventory management.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on people development.

Analytical ability to monitor and act on performance KPIs.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Able to work under pressure

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow management.

Act as the PIC when the Store Manager is not present.

Perform supervisory duties according to company standard operating procedures.

Manage stock ordering, replenishment, and supplier coordination.

Handle customers requests and ensure high customers satisfaction

Support training, coaching, and performance evaluation for service crews and mixologist.

Uphold cafe service standards and ensure operational excellence.
