Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
Collect, receive, label, process, and analyze laboratory specimens.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Maintain proper laboratory records, documentation, and reports.
Follow laboratory safety protocols, infection prevention measures, and applicable regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective patient care.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a clinical or medical laboratory is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to quality.
