WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Location: Jalan Gasing, Petaling JayaSalary: RM1,800–RM2,500 per monthWorking schedule: 5½ days per weekReports to: Administration Manager

A reputable clinic in Jalan Gasing is looking for a courteous, organised and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to provide a welcoming experience for patients and support daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries in person, by telephone, email and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
• Manage the clinic’s email inbox and WhatsApp messages, ensuring enquiries are recorded, followed up and resolved.
• Assist with appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and patient registration.
• Handle feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating unresolved matters to the Administration Manager.
• Refer medical enquiries to the appropriate clinical personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and escalation cases, following through until closure.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure clear communication and smooth patient service.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow clinic procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
• Patient, attentive and able to handle enquiries professionally.
• Strong organisational skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or clinic experience is an advantage.
