Full Time Sales Operations Admin | FMCG, $3500 –$4500, 5 Days, West Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in STAFFKING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Summary:

• 5-day work week (Roster Basis, Monday to Sunday)

• Working Arrangement: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Day

• Location: Tuas / West

• Basic Salary: $3,500 – $4,500

• Company Shuttle Bus from Boon Lay MRT

Job Scopes:

• Process and verify purchase orders, invoices, pick lists and related documents to ensure accuracy.

• Upload customer orders into internal systems and customer portals within operational deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

• Handle customer enquiries, order requests, quotations and delivery arrangements via phone, email and WhatsApp.

• Monitor and follow up on urgent orders, delivery issues and order fulfilment matters.

• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and other departments to resolve operational issues.

• Maintain accurate order records, pricing information and supporting documentation.

• Handle post-delivery matters, including exchanges, returns and delivery discrepancies.

• Prepare customer quotations based on approved pricing and sales guidelines.

• Provide relevant supporting documents, including product specifications, Halal Certificates and Certificates of Analysis.

• Coordinate internal communication channels to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Provide backup support for Customer Service duties during peak periods or manpower shortages.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing or related functions.

• Experience in FMCG, Food Service, Distribution or Trading industries is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with SAP, ERP or Order Management Systems is advantageous.

• Comfortable working on a roster basis, including weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled.
