Full Time Retail Operations Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent brand standards
• Manage retail staff, including manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance monitoring
• Drive sales performance and monitor store KPIs to achieve business targets
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and stocktaking
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service standards
• Monitor operational costs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets
• Support new store openings and retail expansion plans
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management
• Experience with consumer electronics will be an added advantage
• Salary: Up to S$5000
• Working Hours: 5 days work week (44 hrs/week)
• Working Location: Central
