Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or other related disciplines.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, or a related healthcare sales role.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and a strong passion for medical sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

  • Willing to travel within Malaysia, including Penang, Johor Bahru, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.

  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss pharmaceutical products.

  2. Provide detailed product information, including clinical data and usage guidelines.

  3. Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  4. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and continuously expand your network.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

  6. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organisation.
