Responsibilities
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Plumbing & Sanitary)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;
Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
Purchasing and inventory management;
Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
