Full Time Account & Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in C & P Builder Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.

• Hands-on experience in using SQL Account accounting software is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting procedures.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records using SQL Account.

• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.

• Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.

• Handle general office administration and provide support to the management team.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
