Full Time Senior Financial Controller Mandarin Speaker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 18,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Mango Global Technologies Melaka - Maukerja

Malaysian citizen - Mandarin Speaker.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, finance management, or a comparable role.

Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing finance / cost controlling.

Experience managing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for multiple entities.

Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel and preferably Hyperion.

Hands-on experience in standard costing, product costing, inventory valuation and margin analysis.

Strong understanding of IFRS and local statutory requirements.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.

Experience managing internal controls, audit, tax and statutory compliance.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Comfortable working in a regional / matrix organization across Malaysia and Singapore.

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Take full ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for Malaysia and Singapore entities.

Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing and management reporting.

Prepare and review variance analysis for APAC regional and HQ finance teams.

Oversee manufacturing cost controlling, including standard costing, product margins, inventory valuation and logistics costs.

Manage SAP FI/CO processes including G/L, AP/AR, asset accounting, cost centers and profit centers.

Drive actual reporting, forecasting and annual Management Plan (MP) cycles.

Partner with Operations, Sales and Supply Chain to support business and profitability decisions.

Strengthen internal controls, Delegation of Authority (DoA), segregation of duties and governance.

Support CAPEX evaluation, cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.

Lead and coordinate external, internal and tax audits, including resolution of audit findings.

Ensure timely compliance with statutory, tax and government reporting requirements.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and operational decision-making.

Act as a strategic finance partner while remaining hands-on with day-to-day financial control activities.
