Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.

Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.

Work closely with sales and engineering teams to support customer projects.

Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.

Assist in product testing, installation, and commissioning when required.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, technical developments, and industry trends.
