Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong spoken and written proficiency in both Korean and Mandarin to manage communication with Korean customers and oversee the operator team. The role ensures customer requirements are clearly understood and projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Liaison

• Serve as the main contact for Korean customers, handling project discussions, updates and feedback in Korean.

• Communicate customer requirements clearly to Mandarin-speaking colleagues and operators.

• Translate and interpret between Korean and Mandarin during meetings, training and daily project communication.

• Clarify work instructions, quality standards, deadlines and changes in project scope.

• Follow up on customer queries and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

Project and Operator Management

• Plan workloads, assign tasks and supervise operators’ daily activities.

• Monitor productivity, quality and delivery progress against project targets.

• Train and coach operators to ensure they understand customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the quality team to resolve errors and manage rework.

• Identify staffing needs, operational issues and delivery risks, and take corrective action.

• Prepare progress reports covering output, quality, staffing and unresolved issues.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer confidentiality requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Working with Korean customers and Mandarin-speaking operational teams.

• Managing data processing, annotation, digitisation or similar production projects.

• Training operators and improving team productivity and quality.
