Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and handle workflow.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees to build a motivated team.
Sales & Financials:
Monitor sales targets, manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and prepare financial or performance reports.
Inventory Control:
Track stock levels, place orders, manage deliveries, and reduce losses from shrinkage or overstocking.
Customer Service:
Ensure high service standards, greet shoppers, and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
Visual Merchandising:
Plan store layouts, design promotional displays, and keep products attractive and accessible.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce company policies, security routines, and local health and safety regulations.
