We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer / Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDE) to drive the development of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for complex industrial environments.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and full-stack development experience
• Expert Python skills with FastAPI, Flask, and microservices architecture
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Streamlit, or Chainlit
• Strong background in databases, ETL pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• 2+ years building production-grade GenAI applications
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks
• Deep expertise in RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Chroma), and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Experience implementing AI governance, safety guardrails, and HITL workflows

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy enterprise-ready AI products from concept to production

Lead development of multi-agent AI systems and advanced RAG solutions

Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and architects

Deliver rapid, high-quality solutions in an agile environment

Drive AI innovation across engineering, planning, and operations use cases
