Full Time Purchaser Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in Wholetech System Hitech (S) Pte Ltd - Maukerja

• End-to-End Procurement: Manage the full purchasing cycle from sourcing, RFQ (Request for Quote) creation, and price negotiation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable global suppliers for semiconductor materials, machined parts, tooling, and specialized equipment components.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Monitor vendor performance (quality, cost, lead times, and delivery reliability) and conduct regular reviews to ensure high standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Project Managers, and Production teams to understand technical specifications, manage lead times, and prevent inventory bottlenecks.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and material costs to execute strategic cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or compliance.
• Inventory & Risk Management: Monitor stock levels and proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions or long-lead items, developing robust backup sourcing plans.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal corporate governance, trade regulations, and semiconductor quality standards.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
