THERAPIST

Location: Sunway Mentari / Damansara / Cheras
Salary: Up to RM2,400 + Commission
Working Days: 6 days per week
Experience: No experience required — training provided!

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required — training will be provided.

• Interested in health, wellness, beauty, or customer service.

• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending suitable products or services.

• Willing to learn sinus therapy techniques and follow company SOPs.

• Able to work 6 days per week, with 1 rest day.

• Willing to work at different outlets within the assigned work arrangement, if required.

• Able to work towards individual and outlet sales targets.

• Fresh graduates and candidates from other industries are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform sinus therapy treatments according to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients.

• Explain the treatment process and aftercare instructions to clients.

• Assist with product recommendations and promote relevant products or treatment packages.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in the treatment area and equipment.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Assist with daily outlet operations, including appointment arrangements and customer records.

• Work closely with team members to achieve outlet sales targets.

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
