Your understanding of property can be valuable far beyond property transactions.

We are looking for graduates interested in developing broader knowledge across property, personal finance, investments, client management and business development through a structured 2-year development programme.

You’ll work alongside experienced mentors and gain practical exposure to real-world client situations while developing your analytical and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Research property, economic and financial-market developments

* Assist in preparing reports and client presentations

* Support analysis of client objectives and financial information

* Research property ownership and financing considerations

* Participate in client engagement projects

* Assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups

* Work alongside experienced team members on practical cases

* Attend structured professional and skills training

What You’ll Gain

No prior financial-services experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

We’re looking for candidates who are analytical, commercially minded, confident communicating with people and interested in building a professional career involving property, finance and business.

2-Year Graduate Development Package

University Graduates — Up to S$72,000

Local Diploma Graduates — Up to S$48,000

Programme eligibility, professional requirements and applicable terms will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
