Full Time Pharmacy Store Assistant Jobs, in Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh Perak - Maukerja

Job Description:

• To ensure proper and optimal storage and supply of medications efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of hospital operations.
• To fulfill supply requisition from the hospital departments and off-site operations timely and correctly.
• To ensure pharmaceutical requisitions are picked, packed, documented and sent out according to assigned schedule.
• Verify stocks received are correct according to the Purchase Orders, are in good condition and with acceptable expiry dates.
• Ensure stocks are stored appropriately in accordance to manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Update monitoring records daily and accurately.
• Conduct routine expiry checks on pharmaceuticals in store. Assist in the compilation of lists of defective, slow moving or short expiry stocks for superior review and action.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Working experience in logistics & warehousing, preferably in hospital pharmacy setting.
• Must be physically able to lift heavy items above & below shoulder height and perform continuous standing, walking, reaching and bending activities.
• Able to perform basic computer skills including data entry.
