As an Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality (Healthcare / West), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage the Group Hospitality portfolio covering Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services.
Drive vendor performance against contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory, audit, and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and user experience.
Partner internal stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues and close service gaps.
Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, documentation, budgeting, and procurement.
Lead service improvement projects to strengthen operational resilience and service delivery.
Build a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Any other ad doc duties as assigned.
Requirement
Possess a recognised Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
