Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars and campaign strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
• Oversee day-to-day social media management, community engagement, and channel growth.

Content Creation & Editing :

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos and photos for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels.
• Design stunning graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
• Edit fast-paced, trendy videos using CapCut

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, and trend performance).
• Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to the marketing manager to optimize future campaigns.

Brand Collaborations & Outreach :

• Research, connect, and collaborate with other brands and partners to expand Haneul’s community and reach.

Event Support :

• Help out on-ground during Haneul roadshows, product launches, and brand activations

Marketing & Ad Hoc Support:

• Stay on top of beauty and social media trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Help out other Ad Hoc tasks from marketing manager.

Job Requirements

• Experience : 1–3 years in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
• Comfortable shooting crisp photos and videos using smartphones or cameras.
• Creative, adaptable and a great communicator.
