Full Time Construction Manager [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality and contractual requirements.

Support the preparation and submission of construction documents for approval.

Monitor construction progress, subcontractor performance and project meeting follow-ups.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities and resolve construction issues.

Oversee project completion, including defect inspections, commissioning, testing and handover.

Prepare and verify project handover documents and ensure defects are followed up during the defects liability period.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and environmental sustainability standards.

Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to improve time, cost and quality performance.

Research new construction technologies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
