About The Job
- Receiving and entering Purchase Orders (POs) from hospitals into the ERP system.
- Tracking consignment stock levels held at hospitals and ensuring replenish orders are generated promptly.
- Supporting field sales reps with quotation generation, product specification sheets, and client agreements.
- Managing product returns, backorders, and logging quality complaints or device defect reports according to strict medical device regulatory guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NAV) and Microsoft Excel.
- Precision in handling product SKU codes, lot numbers, expiry dates, and hospital tender documents.
- Ability to deal professionally with urgent hospital orders and fast-paced delivery timelines.
