Responsibilities
Logistics Customer Service Officer (Contract to Perm) – Up to $2,400 | Jurong
Location: Jurong (Penjuru Lane)
Transport Provided: From Lakeside MRT
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
Salary: Up to $2,000 - $2,400
Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support
Process customer orders accurately and on time.
Ensure timely submission of reports according to customer schedules.
Maintain close communication with customers to resolve order and shipment-related issues.
Cycle Count
Conduct scheduled cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Other Responsibilities
Manage inventory within the customer’s WMS system.
Ensure accurate and timely billing with all necessary supporting documents.
Maintain proper record-keeping of customer documents.
Track and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Singaporeans only.
Prefer candidates with experience in Logistics or relevant skills.
Proficiency in product and system knowledge.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
