Job Description
Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling: Log all customer enquiries and service requests accurately in the ERP/CRM system under supervision, with specific attention to prioritizing urgent service and breakdown calls."
Job Order Support: Generate basic job orders and assist in preparing the daily service schedule, verifying technician availability and accurate client/site contact details."
Documentation Support: Collect, file, and scan service reports, site photos, and completion documents, ensuring all critical client sign-offs are obtained for billing and audit purposes.
Customer Contact: Follow up with customers on job completion sign-offs or clarifications with guidance, and proactively update customers on the status of their service request or technician arrival time.
Data Maintenance: Update customer contact logs, service history records, and close out support tickets accurately in the CRM/ERP system.
Admin Assistance: Support general filing and administrative tasks, including the preparation of service records and project warranty handover packs for fire safety systems.
