Job Details:

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 days per week, 2 days off
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Near Ampang Park LRT Station)
Salary: Basic Salary + Allowance

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.

• Background in fintech, online payment services or banking will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Patient, responsible and committed to providing good customer service.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by a 24/7 operation.

• Handle customer enquiries through inbound calls and emails
• Assist customers with digital payment issues, including failed transactions, duplicate charges and delayed payments
• Check transaction statuses and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist with KYC verification and follow up on transaction-related cases
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure timely resolution
