Full Time Patient Service Associate (Contact Centre | Woodlands South - Macpherson) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,250 in RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Northwest (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
Manage emergency and fire-related communication protocols
Coordinate with internal departments on enquiries and requests
Handle customer feedback and maintain accurate CRM records
Support emergency activations such as Code Blue and Trauma Activation
Participate in trainings, tests, and audits when required

Requirements:

Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and data entry
Able to work independently and as a team

Salary & Benefits:

Up to $3250 (Basic + Allowance)
Yearly bonus
5-day work week 

Working Hours (Rostered Shift):

AM: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
MID: 11:30AM – 9:00PM
