Our client, a leading and well-established property management company, is looking for a customer-focused Part Time Office Concierge to join their team.
Working Hours / Location:
Flexible Weekdays! Perm Part Time!
8am to 6pm (1 hour break)
Training & Uniform provided!
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach
Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins and other channels
Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors
Support administrative and operational activities
Requirements
Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
