Full Time Product Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Interlec Electrical Supplies Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycles—from sourcing and evaluation to launch and sales monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global principals and suppliers to align product offerings with market demand.
• Supervise, train, and manage Sales Engineers and Technical Support Engineers to drive sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Conduct competitive research to identify new product opportunities and execute growth strategies locally and internationally.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to improve product visibility and solution delivery.
• Oversee technical support and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.
• Track sales performance, product profitability, and team KPIs; prepare regular forecasts and management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 5–7 years experience in product management, technical sales, or business development.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role leading technical teams.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficient in CRM systems, ERP software, and MS Office (familiarity with CAD tools is an advantage).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally for supplier meetings, product training, and trade visits.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
