Responsibilities
Job Summary
Bring marketing campaigns to life for W Network’s household appliance and consumer electronics brands by coordinating KOL collaborations, content, promotions, and events to drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and E-commerce teams to plan monthly marketing activities and execute daily campaigns effectively
Identify, engage, and manage KOLs and content creators for product reviews, demonstrations, and promotional activities
Coordinate all aspects of creator collaborations, including briefing, quotation management, product delivery, approvals, and content submission
Maintain and update content calendars; adapt brand materials for Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) platforms to maximize audience engagement
Partner with the creative team to develop campaign visuals, videos, and advertising assets; assist in basic content creation as needed
Support paid advertising efforts by preparing assets, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and conducting tests under Marketing Manager supervision
Assist in organizing and executing roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events, ensuring smooth on-site operations
Coordinate event publicity, promotional materials, KOL participation, and social media coverage in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
Track campaign budgets, monitor KOL deliverables, evaluate event outcomes, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improvement
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, KOL coordination, or campaign execution
Proven ability to work with influencers or content creators, managing briefs and deliverables
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) platforms and their content engagement strategies
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management
Strong communication, writing, coordination, and follow-up skills
Organized and proactive in managing multiple deadlines
Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer electronics, or event management
Availability to support roadshows and events on weekends or public holidays
