Job Description
Responsibilities
- Multi-Unit Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, efficiency, and visual merchandising standards of multiple stores or outlets (typically ranging from5 locations) within a Klang Valey
- Sales & Profitability (P&L): Drive revenue, track sales targets, analyze financial statements, and execute tactical strategies to maximize regional profitability and cost control.
- People Management & Training: Hire, train, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews for branch associates, organizing manpower planning and upskilling teams.
- Compliance & Standards: Monitor and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), customer service benchmarks, and safety or regulatory guidelines across all assigned branches.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between branch staff and head office/regional management, submitting regular performance and market analysis reports.
