Working location: Gul Circle (Company transport provided)
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, employment contracts and recruitment agency coordination.
Handle work pass matters for Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant’s Pass, including applications, renewals, cancellations and related compliance requirements.
Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime calculations, allowances, medical claims and CPF submissions.
Process government-related claims, including Government-Paid Leave, NS Make-Up Pay and Foreign Worker Levy Waivers. Manage Work Injury Compensation and medical insurance matters.
Monitor employee attendance, medical certificates, No-Pay Leave and other leave records. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the HR system.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, probation and confirmation processes, as well as off boarding and tax clearance.
Handle employee relations and HR documentation, including resignations, terminations, promotions, warning letters, probation extensions and Performance Improvement Plans.
Maintain confidential employee records and support staff training arrangements and company transportation coordination, including payment follow-up with Accounts.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
Possess minimum 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standard.
Experience in using Timesoft is preferred.
