About Voncierge

Service counters are expensive to staff and hard to scale. Voncierge is an AI and video customer-service platform: visitors get help by QR code, web, app or kiosk, answered by an AI assistant or a live remote agent. It helps organisations serve many service points through shared remote teams and AI.

We already serve airports and major facility operators in Singapore. Now we are taking Voncierge to more airports, property operators and public venues across the region, and we need a seller to lead that charge.

Why this role is different

• You sell a live product with real deployments, not slides.
• You build the market: which verticals, which accounts, which playbook.
• You work directly with the CEO, designers, and project and product managers, and what you hear from clients shapes the product.
• Every quota milestone you pass raises your commission rate.

Compensation

• OTE S$94K onwards
• Commission is uncapped, 
• your rate rises as you pass each quota milestone, and 
• there are no all-or-nothing targets.

What you will do

• Hunt. Research target accounts and run outbound by email, LinkedIn, phone and events. Most of your pipeline will be self-sourced.
• Close. Own the full cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, proposals, tenders, negotiation and signature.
• Lead the room. Present and negotiate on the tenders and proposals our bid team prepares.
• Grow. Expand accounts with new sites, phase-two rollouts and renewals.
• Forecast. Keep a clean pipeline in the CRM and a forecast leadership can trust.

Where you will sell

Airports and transport hubs, facility management and business parks, malls, hospitals and public service centres. Singapore and Malaysia first, then international markets.

You will thrive here if

• You have hit your number in B2B sales, and can show us how.
• You would rather build the playbook than follow one.
• Cold outreach energises you, and a "no" is useful information.
• You can hold a room of airport operators or government buyers.

What you bring

Must have

• 3+ years in B2B technology or SaaS sales, carrying a quota
• Deals you personally sourced and closed: buyer, value, sales cycle, your role
• Enterprise or government selling: procurement, tenders, several stakeholders
• Clear presentations and sharp written proposals

Nice to have

• Aviation, facilities, customer-experience technology or AI products
• A network in Singapore or Malaysia; GeBIZ or tender experience
