Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Kafka, Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, collaboration with cross functional teams, and ownership of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following industry best practices.
• Develop and support Kafka-based event-driven architectures for high-volume transactional systems.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift for application deployment and orchestration.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.

What you'll need:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful Web Services.
• Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent container orchestration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and production support skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, or equivalent).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.
• Exposure to secure coding practices and application security frameworks.
