Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiencein User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Media Buying, preferably within themobile gaming or app industry.
- Previous hands-on experience managing mobile game or app user acquisition campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across regional teams.
- Professional working proficiency in China (Mandarin) 中文 is required, as the role involves regular business communication and collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in English is also required for day-to-day communication and cross-regional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and optimize paid advertising for gaming clients across major overseas platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Moloco.
- Develop campaign strategies, budget plans, and KPI frameworks (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, etc.) based on game genre characteristics (casual, RPG, mini-games, etc.) and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and deliver optimization strategies and execution plans aligned with the full game lifecycle.
- Proactively collaborate with creative teams to propose ad creative directions and iteration recommendations, ensuring alignment between creative style, gameplay presentation, and audience strategy; familiarity with AI tools and creative production is a plus.
- Produce regular performance reports, post-campaign reviews, and strategic retrospectives; independently participate in client communications and mid-to-large scale proposal presentations
