Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via call/WhatsApp and correspondences
• Schedule for Trial classes
• Follow up/Sales conversion
• Develop content for various online platforms such as websites, social media channels, and newsletters
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics and prepare regular reports.
• Business development and client acquisition to after-acquisition service
• Monitor sales performance, results, ensure KPI is met
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Direct and drive forecasting activities and set performance goals
• Identify new business avenues through existing and potential client base
• Provide suggestions to develop growth strategies and business plans

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
