Full Time Quality Engineer Jobs, in Aurora Talent Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our client is looking for a Quality Engineer to deliver owner-side quality assurance and quality control across renewable energy projects and operational assets, applying the regional Quality Management System on solar, wind, BESS and balance-of-plant works.

The role prepares and implements quality plans and ITPs, carries out factory and site inspections, supports supplier quality, manages non-conformances through RCA and closure, and maintains quality records, KPIs and lessons learned from manufacturing through construction, commissioning, handover and operations.

• Prepare and implement quality plans, ITPs and checklists in line with the regional QMS

• Carry out factory and site inspections, FAT/SAT witnessing and field quality surveillance

• Manage NCRs, RCA/8D and corrective actions with contractors and suppliers through to closure

• Maintain quality records, KPIs and lessons learned to support handover and continual improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in utility-scale power, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects, including factory and site inspections, field quality and NCR management
• QAP, ITP, PQP and FQP preparation and implementation
• Factory and site inspection of electrical, mechanical and civil works, including FAT/SAT witnessing and interpretation of test reports
• NCR management, RCA, 8D and CAPA
• Supplier qualification, factory audits and quality process audits
• Quality KPIs, CTQs, dashboards and Cost of Poor Quality
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant IEC/IEEE, civil and Malaysian standards
